That is probably a MEPS/recruiter question....they are really SERE guys and probably can't answer because they are busy supporting the mission...

No offence but if you want to be a SERE specialist you need to figure out how to do some things on your own. Not everybodys going to hold your hand

Rusty and KGB are both probably right.
Any question regarding MEPS decisions and waivers is handled by...you guessed it...your recruiter and/or MEPS.
Now as far as why you haven't received help, there might be any number of reasons. Let's take a look at what some of those might be.
1. You asked the wrong people about something they have no control/no knowledge about. (Just covered this above)
2. Both the original question and this follow up post are in the General Forums where anyone can comment on anything. If I were a busy person like I assume most of the S.E.R.E. Specialists are, I'd probably skim the Questions board rather than the General thread if I'm short on time. Only S.E.R.E. Specialists are allowed to answer questions on that part of the forum. Logic would thus dictate that questions/posts there would have a higher chance of being seen and subsequently answered.
3. This is more of a personal observation, but still probably holds credence. In both this thread and the original question thread you show little regard for formulating your thoughts into properly formed sentences and coherent ideas. Grammar and punctuation are your friends, they enable the reader to clearly understand the point you are trying to communicate.
Realize that the people you are requesting help from are instructors and you yourself are hoping to join their ranks. The ability to clearly organize and transmit thoughts via oral and written means is an important part of teaching/instructing.
If you are unable to take the time to express yourself on an internet forum when you have an ample amount of time to proofread what you wrote, how do you expect to relay information to the air crews you would be expected to teach S.E.R.E. knowledge to?
Would you write like this on your resume or typed application for a job? The S.E.R.E. Specialists who do review these boards are professionals and (if you make it through training) possibly your supervisors/colleagues.
