I just PCS'd CONUS from Kadena AB. I had already submitted my package from overseas but was obviously shot down because of the OCONUS restriction. I am pushing again now that I'm stateside and looking for some information about the time on station waiver. Is there a standard copy of this waiver that anyone is able to forward me? I even filled out the SERE fact sheet to forward to MSgt Delano but when I emailed it out all I got back was the "mailbox does not exist." Is MSgt Delano still the guy to talk to or has this changed recently? I'm also looking for a good contact here at Kirtland if anyone is able to help out again.
