Well I'll start this post with my past numbers.
I can do the swim 1.5 miles - 10-12 mins pull ups- maxed at 15 when fresh situps-not sure but can pass for sure pushups- Squeeze out 50 (goal of 60-70)
My issue is with my cardio. you can see how varied my run times can be. It depends on the temperature. If I run when the sun is not out I run 3-4 miles and feel ok. If the sun is out I can only run about 1.5-2 miles and feel like crap. It feels like the sun just sucks the life out of me. It sucks. Anyway, how much running in the heat should I be prepared for in sere. I'm very serious about sere and if I know my cardio is not up to par then I won't even bother until it is. I'd rather not do it at all than start and washout. I can workout like a beast and I'm trying but I'm not a distance runner. I'm really just trying to be realistic with my abilities.
